Here's the idiot's guide.

In your signature bit. Put the following:-

[url= (Your intro's internet address) ] My Intro [/url*

Replace (Your intro's internet address) with the actual address of your intro. And the * with ].

It should look similar to this:-

This will also work with the Reader's Rides bit too.
