The beginning of the end! It’s been a long time coming and I can’t wait to get behind the wheel. I have to thank Peter for all his hard work!

Just reread the whole thread, needed to recap. As Chris said previously "is the time line correct"?
It's going to be a beautiful car when complete, unless it is already!
    Peter is very good
    Nice one, 41 ford pu

The car has been going on for 13 years! I have hundreds , Maybee thousands of pictures detailing the work over the years. I kinda got a bit fed up at times and even at one point Maybee give up! However I had gone too far and had to Finnish car. I just stopped adding to the thread, just lost a bit of interest. I will start adding pictures that may be of interest to members. If it wasn’t for Peter, the car would never have got done!

I have a very good friend who has a steel 3 window 34 and it was finished probably about 35 years ago, drove it a short amount of time then life got in the way and didn't get it out again till 32 years had passed
He still has it and enjoys it
    So keep at it.

I thought I would show some jobs that went on along the way. The 4 fenders came from Howells sheet metal in the US. however the fronts needed work to make fit. Luckily the rears were good and needed no work.

I'm looking forward to seeing it, whenever that might be! I suspect the final push is happening right now!

Bumper sticker - This is an historic vehicle and only has three speeds....... if you don't like this one you sure as hell won't like the others.

a mate restores classics (mainly fords) and says even the best new panels don't fit. body lines out, wings too short or too long, just lots of cutting about for a decent fit.
