    My big gasser.

I was not looking for any more cars. I had sold my 39 willysand just waiting for the v5c for my e series morris then sell that.
A guy bought my pinto engine and came to collect it. While at my workshop he asked if I would be intrested in buying his gasser. I asked what it was and he told me. 1959 ford fairlane station wagon. Its got a built 9: rear speedway front tube axle. All new brakes. Set of new wheels and tyres costing ?3400.
I had to go and see it in Burnham on crouch Essex. I arrived 2 hrs early but with in 10 mins im was having it. It did not have a engine or gearbox, but it's set up for a sbc ect. Its 100% rock solid. We done the deal and I got it delivered to my workshop.
The rear tyres were removed and fitted on my willys
Ive basically located a sbc and gearbox which is brilliant. The last couple of days I've been flatting back the paint job ready for one of my rattle can specials
